Unique and creative uses for your steam cleaner

AUTHOR: Joanne Graves

If you have a steam cleaner then you can easily steam clean your carpet as well as any upholstery in your home. I love this device and I swear by it but did you actually ever even thought about all of the possible different ways you can use it? Your steam cleaner can clean many more things in your home.

– Clean tile and grout

To be quite honest using your steam cleaner to clean tile and grout is one of the easiest methods out there because you let the device do all of the work. The only thing that you should do is grab a brush or an old toothbrush and scrub certain areas that are really dirty so that you can loosen it. Other than that the steam cleaner will do all of the work for you.

– Clean your grill

If you ever feel like cleaning your grill without putting too much effort into the process and you also do not want to use any cleaning detergents that contain harsh chemicals that just use your steam cleaner. Again, you should have an old toothbrush or a brush close to you so that you can loosen the accumulated dirt and built-up burnt food.

– Use it to disinfect pretty much any item

As we all know using steam is a great way to disinfect while not using anything special or cleaner with toxic chemicals – just hot water extraction. I even use it to disinfect my bathroom and toilet.

– Use it to remove hard water and limescale

If you notice that your faucets have limescale all over them then you can simply use your steam cleaner to deal with that problem.
